Shipping Policy

We currently ship to United States only due to legal restrictions.

Please consult your local laws before ordering. You are responsible for complying with your local and state knife laws.
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping restrictions
- We do not ship:
  - To P.O. Boxes
  - Outside the USA
  - To Minors (must be 18 or 21 depending on your states knife laws)
- By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and allowed to own the item in your location.

If an order is placed to be delivered outside the United States, the order may have to be canceled, and a 5% processing fee will be excluded from the refund.

Warranty

At T-Miller-Knives we take great pride in the craftsmanship and performance of our products. This limited lifetime warranty ensures your knife is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original owner.

This Warranty Does Not Cover

Normal wear and tear, including dulling of the blade, scratches, and discoloration.
Damage due to misuse, abuse, or neglect (e.g. prying, throwing, or use as a screwdriver)
Damage caused by improper sharpening or maintenance
Modifications or unauthorize repairs
Loss or theft.

By using any T-Miller products, you acknowledge and agree that T-Miller-Knives and affiliated parties shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses- whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential- that result from the use or misuse of the products. this includes but is not limited to physical injury, property damage, or loss of life.

Always use this product as directed and with appropriate safety precautions. Failure to do so may result in serious injury or death.
